Yes, the Clean Your Plate program is a 30-day cooking program with easy to make, family friendly recipes. We focus on prep and cook time in the kitchen that will become your new normal.

 CYPN is a 30-day lifetime program, delivered in 3 phases of 10 days each.  You will receive a 30-day menu plan. Included in each phase is a comprehensive shopping list to help you easily get organized and started on y our path to mindful eating and improved health.  To help you succeed, Clean Your Plate also includes daily coaching and support and answers to all of your questions.

In the final 10-day phase, we move towards what Day 31 will look like for you.  We plan for what elements of the BIG 6 you will transition back into your daily eating that the benefits of Clean Your Plate last a lifetime.
